Bamboo Decking Warranty

All the strand woven bamboo decking board products supplied by our factory will have 10 years limited warranty starting from selling date, which including:

Before installation, after opening the carton boxes, if following problems are discovered, we will offer the new products to replace or compensate the goods value based on selling contract (does not include transportation or other cost).

1, Cracking on board

2, The edge of the floor is missing

3, Unplanned parts were found

4, Wtripes out were found

5, Banana bending were found

6, Paint peeling and drain paint, paint blister, paint scratches

7, Big difference in oil degree on boards
 
After installation of the deck, if following problems happened, we will bear limited responsibility and compensate based on negotiation:

1, If the height difference is over 0.3mm which caused by deck board not by the unlevel ground

2, Cracking boards under normal environment and usage

Exclusions:

1. Improper use, accident, damage caused by force majeure, and other damage caused by non-normal living conditions

2. Visible damage, such as stains, bamboo, caused by light, floor coating on the surface of the wear, improper installation and use of the damage (floor needs according to the installation instructions for installation, please read the instructions carefully before installing the floor), because the floor paint surface caused by residual sand and other debris and bamboo damage problem, caused by sharp objects implement the paint and bamboo floor damage problem, cleaning and maintenance damage, mechanical damage and chemical damage.
 
If the buyer can discover the problem before installation but does not take any action and install, then the claim will not be accepted. Problems happened after installation, factory will offer new products for compensation. If the problematic deck is not selling anymore, factory can offer the goods values based on original selling contract. Any claim cannot extend the warrantee period, and all the other relate cost include transportation and installation etc. are not included in compensation.
 
Remark:

1. Bamboo deck are completely natural material, Slight colors, textures, and appearance differences are normal

2. The cutting part of deck has different water absorption rate with the whole deck board, the cracking of mild section (can pass on the cut surface coated wax to further improve), is a common and normal phenomenon, which cannot be accepted as claim.

3. After installation, slight dimension changes or slight bending are normal phenomenon as wood, which cannot be accepted as claim.

4. Bamboo deck is kind of natural products, it is not waterproof products, like any outdoor use wood deck, slight cracking is normal phenomenon, but the crack is far better than other tropical wood products, if this bamboo deck is installed near the swimming pool, it is suggested to have more oil frequency.

Daily maintenance for bamboo outdoor decking board

1, Do not tread on the floor within 12 hours after installation.

2, It is recommended to wash with garden hose.

3, If the surface of the floor is very dirty, it can be cleaned directly with undiluted detergent, but cannot be too frequently.

4, Rub floors along the floor or bamboo lines until there is no dirt on the surface.

5, Avoid hard object impact, sharp cutting, metal friction, etc.

6, The deck board should be oiled every three months. Before oiling, the decking should be fully dry for 24-48 hours (depending on the local weather conditions and outside temperature), oil thickness is proportional to the times. The deck should not be exposed to water before drying.

7, After the deck becomes dry, please use a polishing pad or polishing machine to polish the floor surface to make the floor surface more durable and beautiful.

8, Cleaning the floor with a trioxide clean brush or a sanding floor can remove cracks and roughness on the floor.
